3.2.1 The Home Page

The Thinfinity® Workspace home page is displayed as in the following image.

The central part of the screen displays the available Access Profiles. An Access Profile is a custom configuration created by an administrator to determine how users connect to and interact with remote resources (remote desktops, applications, terminals, files). An Access Profile specifies the connection protocol, sets up access credentials, and allows customizing the user experience and access control parameters.

The New Profile button in the top-right launches the profile creation wizard, allowing the creation of new profiles.

Once a profile is created, the associated parameters can be edited by clicking the three-dot button and accessing the Access Profile Settings menu.

Labels allow you to organize Access Profiles into groups and collectively manage the permissions settings for several Access Profiles at the same time. Also, Labels can be organized into nested structures according to the specific needs of each company.

Clicking the user profile icon - top right of the homepage - will present the user menu with the list of add-ons (optional modules) that have been enabled for the current user.

Also, the Settings option in the user menu allows the user to configure important global settings such as Authentication Methods, Security, etc. From the global Settings menu you can also customize the appearance of the workspace, the date and time format as well as other parameters.

The left side of the screen displays the list of Access Profiles currently connected, a list of recently accessed and favorite Access Profiles. The search and filtering options available in the top central and right-hand side of the screen allow you to easily find and organize your profiles.

Links to the Thinfinity Workspace Product Manual and the Cybele website are also provided.
