# Access Profiles

The Access Profiles section in the **Configuration** tab, provides comprehensive tools for managing Access Profiles and Labels, enabling users to create new profiles and labels, execute bulk operations, and modify user assignments.

An Access Profile is a custom configuration created by an administrator to determine how users connect to and interact with remote resources, such as applications, virtual machines, remote desktops, and files by specifying connection protocols and setting up credentials for access.
