4.1.1 Using a Web Browser

After installing Thinfinity® Workspace, you can access its web-based interface through your browser:

Open Your Favorite Browser

Thinfinity Workspace operates as a web application, meaning you can access it through any modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

Enter the URL of your Thinfinity Workspace Installation

When using an All components installation on your local computer for evaluation purposes, Thinfinity Workspace is accessible from the local machine using the localhost address:

http://127.0.0.1:9443

Port 9443 is the default port used by Thinfinity Workspace. You can change this port if needed, but it is strongly recommended to configure an SSL/TLS certificates to securely access through HTTPS.

If you are using a distributed architecture, enter the URL of the server where you installed Thinfinity Workspace using the format:

https://[serverIP]:9443

Enter your credentials

Thinfinity® Workspace displays the login page and prompts for account credentials.

Important

Make sure to log in using Domain User credentials.

Thinfinity Workspace home page presents the default Access Profiles: Cybele Software website and the product user guide.
