6.4.1 User Interface Permissions
General Permissions for Users or Groups
This configuration permits the assignment or revocation of access rights at a granular level for individual users or user groups, specifying permissible Thinfinity® Workspace add-ons. To modify permissions, navigate to the Permissions tab, then add the target user or group within the Users and Groups management interface. After inclusion, select the user or group from the list and configure specific access controls by enabling or disabling corresponding options within the Permissions configuration panel.
The available options are described in the following table:
Analytics
Enables the Analytics add-on to track and list session activity.
Web Manager
Grants permission to create Access Profiles and perform administrative tasks.
Cloud Manager
Enables the Cloud Manager feature.
Administer Users and Groups
Enables access to Members for managing users and groups.
Audit Logs
Enables the Audit Log add-on to view recorded system events.
Reporting Services
Enables the Reports add-on.
Enable persistent login
If selected, allows users to remain logged in and authenticated for an extended period, even after closing their browser or restarting their device.
Can Play Saved Sessions
Allows users to play back recorded virtual sessions.
Connection Settings
Defines how users can connect to resources—such as which protocols are allowed, session timeout policies, and connection limits.
Expand toolbar on Start
Displays the toolbar when starting sessions on a remote desktop.
Show File Transfer (if available)
Enables File transfer option in the toolbar.
Share sessions
Enables the Share sessions option in the toolbar.
Enable Send Keys
Enables the Send key option in the toolbar.
