7.2.1 Configuring Resource Reservation Settings

Resource reservation settings can be configured by admin users globally for all the access profiles defined in the system.

These settings can be accessed from the main Resource Reservation page (Settings button) and include:

• Maximum Exclusive Use Time: The longest duration a resource can be exclusively reserved.

• Minimum Reservation Interval: The shortest duration for which a resource can be reserved, and the minute increment used for time selection (e.g., 15-minute jumps).

• Grace Period: The maximum additional time a user is permitted to extend the use of a resource after their booking interval has ended.

• Exception Dates: Specific dates when no bookings can be made for any access profile.
