7.2.4 Setting up Approval Workflows
Approval workflows are defined by creating a hierarchy of roles. (e.g., Requester, Approver, Super Approver.)
Once the roles have been defined they can be associated with the user or the user group who need to book access to a resource (access profile).
To determine what is the role of a user for a specific access profile, bring up the Settings menu of that access profile and in the Permissions tab: add the user to the list of users who can access the profile and then from the associated field select one of the available roles. If none of the available roles is appropriate you can use the Permissions button to create the role you need.
