Database Tab
The Database tab allows you to configure the connection settings for the database used by Thinfinity® Workspace to store and retrieve data.
Database Connections
Configure and manage connections to one or more databases.
Driver
Specify the type of database driver that will be used to establish the connection to the database (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Server Name
Hostname or IP address of the database server.
Database Name
Specify the name of the specific database on the server that Thinfinity Workspace should connect to.
User Name
Enter the Database user account that will be used to authenticate the connection.
Password
This field is used in conjunction with the User Name to authenticate the database connection.
Trusted Connection
Allows the application to use Windows Authentication instead of traditional username/password authentication.
Test Connection
Use this button to test the connection to the database.
