# Settings

The **Settings** option from the user menu offers access to two categories of settings: 

* The [Account ](https://thinfinity-workspace-v8-docs.cybelesoft.com/reference/thinfinity-workspace-web-manager/settings/account)settings are available to all users and allow the customization of different aspects such as the account name and password, the appearance of **Thinfinity® Workspace** UI or the format used to present the date and time.
* The [Configuration ](https://thinfinity-workspace-v8-docs.cybelesoft.com/reference/thinfinity-workspace-web-manager/settings/configuration)settings are only available to admin users and allow defining parameters for the entire Workspace installation.
