Settings

The Settings option from the user menu allows you to customize different aspects related to your account such as the account name and password, the appearance of Thinfinity® Workspace UI or the format used to present the date and time.

To access Settings: click on the user profile icon at the top right of Thinfinity Workspace home page to display the user menu and from the available options select Settings.

The Profile section allows configuring general setting related to the user profile: you can change the profile name, enter an email address, select a keyboard layout or change the password for the account.

The Appearance section allows the selection of a theme for your Workspace: you can choose one of the default themes or you can use a custom one. For details on how to create a custom theme, see Theme customization API in Thinfinity® Workspace in our online Knowledge Base.

The Date & Time section allows you to select of a different format than the one used by default in Workspace.
