2.4.2 Backing up the Configuration

It is always important and a recommended good practice to keep a backup copy of your Thinfinity® Workspace configuration. Whether for security purposes or before performing a product update—even if the update goes smoothly—a backup is highly recommended.

To protect sensitive data, it's essential to back up the Thinfinity Workspace folder, typically located at: C:\ProgramData\Cybele Software\Thinfinity.

This folder contains critical information such as user data, access profiles, identity provider mappings, and other sensitive Thinfinity Workspace settings.
