2.4.4 Testing the Installation
Once logged in to the web interface, you can begin configuring your environment and setting up remote access for users.
Troubleshooting web access issues may involve ensuring Thinfinity Workspace services are running, checking firewall settings for the required port (Thinfinity uses port 9443), verifying no other applications are using the same port, and restarting the Thinfinity Workspace services if necessary.
