Notifications Tab
The Notifications tab allows admins to manage how the platform sends system notifications about Resource Reservation activity via email, ensuring that both administrators and users stay informed.
Host name
The address of the email server responsible for handling outgoing emails. (eg: smtp.xmail.com).
Port
Specifies which network port the mail server listens to for SMTP connections.
SSL/TLS
Enables or disables the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols for secure communication.
Credentials
Two users are needed: One with Attendee rights to allow the user to view and use reservations, and another user with Admin rights to give the user additional privileges, such as the ability to create and manage reservations. See Resource Reservation to learn more about these roles.
Public URL
Insert the public URL where the connection takes place (e.g., https://74-xxx-98-xx.thinrdp.net:9443/).
