Web Application Gateway (WAG)

A Web Application Gateway (WAG) access profile allows users to access intranet web applications through Thinfinity® Workspace.

For details on how to set up a Remote App access profile, see Remote Intranet Web App Connection.

To access a Remote Intranet Web App access profile settings: In the Thinfinity Workspace home page click the three-dot button at the top of the profile tile and then select Edit.

Selecting Edit will display several options for customizing your Remote App access profile. Below are detailed descriptions of all available options in each tab:

Description

Web Address

Displays the web address of the App that the profile will access.

Start Page

Displays the selected start page of the target Web App.

Connection Name

Displays the name of the profile.

Virtual path

It copies the connection name by default, but it can be modified.

Labels

Link the profile to an existing label. For details, see Label Access Profile.

Connection Icon

Select an icon for the profile.

Enabled

Enable or disable the profile.

Visible

Enable or disable profile visibility.

Default Profile

This is the profile that is automatically selected when you start Web Manager.

Open in a new tab

Enables or disables always opening the profile in a new browser tab.

Agent ID

Enter the Agent ID of the remote computer you wish to connect to.

Agent Pool

Enter the name or address of the Agent Pool you wish to connect to.

Broker

This field lets you specify the Broker to which the remote computer is connected.
