Thinfinity VNC

A Thinfinity VNC access profile uses a proprietary screen-sharing protocol to offer a faster and more secure remote access than traditional VNC solutions. It is particularly useful for connecting to Linux, macOS, and other non-Windows systems that support VNC-based remote access.

Info

For a Thinfinity VNC connection to work, the remote host must have a Thinfinity VNC Server installed and running. To download Thinfinity® VNC Server, visit the Cybele Product Download page.

To access a Thinfinity VNC access profile settings: In the Thinfinity® Workspace home page click the three-dot button at the top of the profile tile and then select Edit.

Selecting Edit will display several options for customizing your Thinfinity VNC access profile.

For details about basic configuration options, see Thinfinity VNC Core Settings.

For RBAC and user permissions, see Access Control Settings.
