Web Folder Core Settings
Below are detailed descriptions of the core settings available in the General tab for a Web Folder Access Profile:

Search field
The search field at the top of the Settings menu allows searching a specific parameter by its name.
Connection Name
Set a name for the connection.
Virtual path
By default, Thinfinity creates a unique URL address for the current Access Profile. If you want to customize it, make sure your address is unique and web compatible and that it has the following format: http(s)://ThinfinityDomain:port/VirtualPath/. You can then create a web shortcut for this specific access profile and bypass the Thinfinity® Workspace web interface.
Labels
Access profiles can be organized into groups (labels) for which you can collectively manage the permissions settings. This field shows the names of the groups (or labels) that the current profile is a part of. For details, see Label.
Connection Icon
Use this button to customize the appearance of your access profiles by choosing an image. Clicking the associated arrow button will display the available options: Upload an Image, Set default icon and Restore image.
Enabled
This option is selected by default, and it indicates that the access profile is active and ready to be used. To disable the profile, uncheck this option.
Visible
This option is selected by default, and it indicates that the access profile is currently visible. To hide it, uncheck this option.
Default Profile
When selected, Thinfinity Workspace will skip the home page and connect directly to this access profile.
Opens the profile in a new tab of the browser.
Local Server
This option is selected by default and the associated Root Path field displays the path to the folder that is being published. If disabled, an additional Server URL field is displayed and you can enter the corresponding URL.
Root Path
Indicates the path to the folder to be shared.
User Credentials
Choose credentials to log into the specified remote computer:
Use authenticated credentials: Use the credentials entered in Thinfinity Workspace (from the Permissions tab) to log in. The user will connect automatically after selecting the profile or after authenticating for Thinfinity Workspace.
Ask for new credentials: Prompt the user to enter new login credentials for the computer.
Use these credentials: Enter specific credentials to access the computer. The user will connect automatically after selecting the profile or authenticating for Thinfinity Workspace.
For details on RBAC and user permissions, see Access Control Settings.
