VNC Access Profile

The VNC/RFB access profile (connection method) is used to connect to non-Windows systems or when cross-platform access is required. Virtual Network Computing (VNC) is a graphical desktop-sharing system that uses the Remote Frame Buffer protocol (RFB) to remotely control another computer.

To access the VNC access profile settings: In the Thinfinity Workspace home page click the three-dot button at the top right of the profile tile and then select Edit.

Selecting Edit will display several options for customizing your VNC access profile.

For details about basic configuration options, see Core Settings.

For details on options related to customizing the user experience, see User Experience Settings.

For RBAC and user permissions, see Access Control Settings.
