User Interface Permissions
The User Interface Permissions section allows defining who can access the Thinfinity® Workspace installation and the different add-ons and functionalities is offers.
To access the Security settings: in the main Thinfinity Workspace page click the user profile to access the user menu and select Settings. Next, navigate to Configuration>Security>User Interface Permissions.

The User Interface Permissions page presents a list of users and/or groups that have been granted specific permissions for the user interface functionalities. To view the functionalities where a user or a group have access, click the Edit button to the right of the list entry.
The following dialog window is displayed.

Selecting Cloud Manager activates the Cloud Manager Permissions option and the associated Manage button. Clicking the Manage button displays the following dialog window.

By default, the selected user has full rights to all the Cloud Manager areas. Use the drop-down field to select the different areas of the Cloud Manager and then customize the permissions.
Selecting Can Play Saved Sessions enables two additional options: Own and Any.
Selecting Enable Persistent Login activates a Days field.
Clicking Add in the User Interface Permissions page allows adding a new user or group to the list.

In the User or Groups field enter the name of the user/group for whom you want to define access rights then click Add.
Clicking on Find users and groups displays the following dialog window.

Use the search criteria associated to the Users or Groups field to fine tune your search.
Below, a list of Directory Services currently defined in your Thinfinity Workspace installation is displayed. Use the list to define the scope of the search.
A list of users and/or groups matching the search criteria is presented.
