Installing Thinfinity Remote AD in an External Domain

Run the Thinfinity Remote AD installer on the target server.

Accept the license agreement and click Next.

Set the installation directory for the Remote AD Service, then click Install to start the installation.

Once complete, click Finish to exit the setup.

Configuring Thinfinity Remote AD

To configure the service:

Open a Command Prompt with administrator privileges.

Navigate to the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Cybele Software\Thinfinity\Workspace\DB

Run the Remote AD Service Manager using the following command: Thinfinity.RemoteDesktop.RemoteAD.exe /manage

The Remote AD management interface will open, allowing you to configure the service and associate it with Thinfinity Workspace using the Gateway URL and the Network ID.
