Recordings

The Recordings add-on allows administrators to review recorded user sessions for security, compliance, and training purposes. Remote session recording feature tracks all user interactions during remote sessions, offering a complete audit trail of activity, including keystrokes, mouse movements, and screen changes.

In the Recordings page administrators can access these recordings to investigate suspicious activity and ensure adherence to security policies. Recorded sessions can be stored securely and played back for analysis, enabling real-time monitoring or post-session reviews to enhance operational oversight.

To access the Recordings add-on, click the user profile icon and then select Recordings.

The Recordings main page lists all the recordings made of the sessions on the access profiles where the features has been enabled. The recordings list can be filtered by HOST/IP and Users.
