Web Link Access Profile

The Web Link Access Profile provides secure access to SaaS applications and websites through Thinfinity® Workspace's centralized portal. It allows users to access corporate web apps without the need to manage individual logins for each service. By integrating RBAC, Web Link ensures that users only access resources aligned with their roles, enhancing both security and compliance.

To access the Web Link Access Profile settings, navigate to Configuration Manager>Access Profiles then click Add and select Web Link. Alternatively, double click a Web Link access profile from the list or select it and click Edit.

Option	Description
Name	Displays the name of the access profile. Can be edited if applicable.
Icon	Allows loading an icon image for the access profile.
Access Key	An automatically generated key that uniquely identifies the access profile. When working with One Time URLs (OT URL) it is used in conjunction with other parameters to grant access to the profile. New Key	Generates a new Access Key.
Label(s)	Access profiles can be organized in groups called Labels, for which you can collectively manage the permissions settings. This field shows the names of the Labels that the current profile is a part of. For details, see Label.
Select Label	Click to select an existing Label for this specific profile.
Visible	Controls the visibility of the selected profile.
Default Profile	If checked, the Thinfinity Workspace will skip the home page and connect directly to this profile.
Open in new tab	If selected, will cause the profile to open in a new browser tab.
Web URL	Enter the URL of the web page you want this profile to link to.
Get Icon	Press this button to get the web page icon directly from the URL entered in the Web URL field. To change it back, press on the icon.
