Computer Domain Settings

To access the Computer Domain settings, select Configuration Manager>Authentication>Directory Services and click Add, then select Computer Domain.

The following parameters are available:

Option	Description
Name	If your computer is part of a domain, this field is automatically filled in with the corresponding domain name.
Filter expression	This field is completed with the default filter expression. Use the three-dot button to customize the filter expression.
Default expression	This field is completed with the default domain expression.
URL	This field displays the required format for the URL.
API Authentication	Select to activate the API authentication method.
Username	Enter the API authentication username. Note that it has to be a user who has permission to query the AD.
Password	Enter the associated password.
