Reports

The Reports add-on allows administrators to generate and customize insightful reports about your environment, including IDs, Access keys, Pool names, etc. These reports can help admins to improve efficiency of remote systems and identify areas for optimization.

To access the Reports add-on, click the user profile icon and then select Reports.

Here are the main features:

  • Customizable reports: Admins can generate reports tailored to specific needs by selecting the data points they want to include, such as session duration, user activity, connection details, and bandwidth usage. Reports can be customized to focus on particular time frames, user groups, or system components.

  • Exportable data: Generated reports can be exported in various formats, such as PDF or CSV, making it easy to share with stakeholders or use in external data analysis tools.

  • Performance and usage trends: Provides insights into how resources are being utilized across Thinfinity® Workspace.

  • Security reports: The detailed reporting capabilities also assist in maintaining security and compliance standards. Admins can generate reports to track login attempts, connection security, and other critical data, ensuring the organization meets its regulatory requirements.

  • Scheduled reports: Scheduled reports are generated and sent automatically at regular intervals. This ensures that key stakeholders always have up-to-date information on system performance and user activity without the need for manual intervention.

Several filtering options are available for the reports allowing administrators to generate tailored reports, focusing on specific data sets or timeframes.

Available filters include ID, Access key, Computer, In drain mode, Poolname, Pooltype, Register at, Subdomain, Subnet, Browser count, and Server count.
