Activate a Serial Number Offline

The manual activation or the offline activation is an option used only for those cases when you want to activate Thinfinity® Workspace on a machine not connected to the internet or with an internet connection restricted by heavy security policies that block a regular activation.

• If you haven't tried a regular activation, follow these instructions: Activate a Serial Number Online.

• If your internet restrictions are caused by a proxy, follow these instructions: Proxy Activation.

To register a license for Thinfinity Workspace via the offline (or manual) method, follow these steps:

1. After installing Thinfinity Workspace, the Product Registration Wizard is displayed. Check the option Activate a Serial Number offline then hit Next.

1. Input the Serial key and click on Generate Activation Key to create an activation key that you will need to send to us via email to [e-mail].

1. Once you receive our e-mail reply with the Smart Key needed to complete the offline activation process, copy it and paste it in the Activate License field, then click Next.

1. You have now completed the offline registration for your Thinfinity Workspace license. Click Finish to exit the Wizard.
