The Web Manager provides administrators with a powerful interface to create, configure, and manage access profiles from the browser for various types of connections: remote desktops, remote applications, web services, or terminal sessions.

The central part of the Web Manager home page displays the available access profiles and provides links to the Thinfinity Workspace User Manual and the Cybele website.

Option
Description

Home

Redirects to the dashboard homepage, where all configured access profiles are accessible.

Favorites

Displays all access profiles marked as favorites.

Search bar

Locates profiles on the homepage by name or category.

+ New Profile

Starts the wizard to create a new access profile.

Bell icon

Displays notifications and allows users to choose how to be notified about activity in the system, such as account logins, security alerts, and system updates. See the image below for details.

User menu icon

Provides access to the Add-ons and user menu settings.

Account options

The Settings option offers access to additional parameters as shown in the following image.

Selecting the Appearance option allows customizing the theme of your Thinfinity Workspace Web Manager.

Menu Bar Options

The menu bar options help the user organize the Thinfinity® Workspace home page by choosing customized themes, and filtering connections and profiles. Read about every option in the following sections.

Dashboard Organization and Filtering Options

Use the available filtering options to organize the access profiles displayed in Thinfinity Workspace home page.

Allows choosing different view options for the existing access profiles and labels. If a label is not used, it will appear as an empty label.

Choosing All Profiles option gives access to additional view options.

Choosing View As option, allows viewing the access profiles as another user.

Use the Tiles, Cards or List options to customize the way the access profiles are displayed.

This button allows sorting the access profiles alphabetically.

Allows the user to choose a Theme for the UI and how to view the connection (full-screen or windowed) in the same tab or in a new one.

Choose Automatic, Light, Dark, or Blue.

Open in new tab

You can open profiles in a new tab of your browser.

Open profiles in full-screen

Enable this option to open profiles in full-screen.
