The Authentication tab enables administrators to configure and manage user authentication methods ensuring secure access to Thinfinity® Workspace. Currently supported authentication methods include Windows logon, API access, SAML, OAuth, and even Thinfinity IdP. Administrators can select and customize the authentication methods best suited for the specific security requirements of their organization.
Methods tab
Add / Edit / Remove
Adds, edits or removes an authentication method.
Allow anonymous access
Allows anonymous access in the current installation.
Use standard browser authentication dialog
Allows the use of the browser authentication dialog instead of the Thinfinity Workspace authentication window.
Mappings tab
2FA tab
Allows integration with different 2FA methods or providers, such as TOTP (Time-Based One-Time Password) and DUO.
Directory Services tab
Allows selection and configuration of the authentication methods used to access the system, shows the authentication methods in use and their associated details. For details, see .
Allows the admin to link different authentication systems with Active Directory (AD). For details, see .
Allows the admin to manage the domains that will be used to control access to the platform. For details, see .
