Label

The Label feature allows organizing connections into groups and collectively manage the permissions settings for several access profiles at the same time. A Label is essentially a folder where the admin can place connections and keep them organized. Also, Labels can be organized into nested structures according to the specific needs of each company.

To access the Label settings, navigate to Configuration Manager>Access Profiles then click Add and select Label. Alternatively, double click a label from the list access profiles and labels or select it and click Edit.

Option	Description
Label name	Use this field to define a name for the Label.
Color	Specify a color of the Label for ease of access.
Parent Label(s)	If you're creating a Label within an existing Label, the latter will be shown here.

In the Permissions tab the following options are available:

Option	Description
Inherit label access permissions	When working with nested Labels, this option is selected by default and ensures that all the access profiles (connections) within the current Label inherit the permissions settings from the parent Label. De-select it to customize the permissions settings for each access profile in the current Label.
Permission Groups	Allows viewing and/or editing the permissions groups available in the system.
Reset all children permissions	This option resets the permissions inside the current label.
Add/Remove	Allows adding a specific user or user group and define the corresponding permissions for the access profiles in the current Label.

Selecting the Permission Groups button will offer access to the following options.
