After installing Thinfinity Workspace, you can access its web-based interface through your browser. This guide will walk you through the process of connecting to the platform for the first time.
Ensure the Installation is Complete
Before accessing Thinfinity Workspace, confirm that the installation process has finished successfully. The necessary services should be running in the background.
Open a Web Browser
Thinfinity Workspace operates as a web application, meaning you can access it through any modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
Enter the Localhost URL
By default, Thinfinity Workspace is accessible from the local machine using the following URL:
This URL directs you to the Thinfinity Workspace web interface. If the default port (9443) has been modified during installation, replace it with the correct port number.
Log In to the Web Interface
Once the browser loads the Thinfinity Workspace login page, log in using the machine or domain administrator credentials. Then click Sign In to access the management dashboard.
If you encounter issues connecting to the web app, consider the following:
Ensure the Thinfinity Workspace services are running as shown in Step 1.
Check firewall settings to confirm the required port is open.
Verify that no other applications are using the same port.
Restart the Thinfinity Workspace services if necessary.
