Cloud Manager
Cloud Manager is an advanced feature of Thinfinity® Workspace, designed to simplify the access, management, and provisioning of virtual machines (VMs) across multiple cloud environments. By integrating with leading cloud providers and leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, it ensures secure, scalable, and efficient virtualized computing.
Core Functionalities
Automated VM Access and Management:
Effortless Automation: Thinfinity Cloud Manager is designed to automate VM access, allowing administrators to dynamically provision, start, stop, scale, and deallocate VMs from a centralized interface.
Seamless Integration: Compatible with leading cloud providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IONOS, VMware, Oracle Cloud, and Proxmox, ensuring smooth deployment across various IT infrastructures.
Controlled User Access: Administrators can automate or manually manage VM assignments while enforcing secure access policies, optimizing resource availability and security.
Create and Deploy VMs Using Models or Terraform Templates:
Model-Based Deployment: Administrators can define VM configurations using standardized models, ensuring consistency and ease of replication.
Terraform Integration: Advanced users can utilize Terraform templates to deploy customized cloud environments automatically. Templates support variables, multi-instance setups, and reusable configurations. For details, see the Cloud Manager Manual.
