The Resource Reservation feature allows administrators or users to allocate and reserve specific resources for dedicated use during a set period of time. This ensures that the reserved resources are available exclusively for the specified user or task, preventing conflicts or over-usage during high-demand periods.
In order to set up the resource reservation for your access profiles, first, you need to define roles in the system (approver, requester, etc.), next, you will have to assign roles to the users who are allowed to access a specific access profile and finally, you will have to enable the resource reservation feature for those users.
To access the Resource Reservation main page: in Thinfinity® Workspace home page click on the user menu and select Resource Reservation.
