Once your initial Thinfinity Workspace deployment is up and running, ongoing configuration and management become part of your regular workflow. To handle this, we provide two primary tools, each serving a distinct purpose:
The Configuration Manager is a desktop application installed alongside Thinfinity Workspace components on your server. It’s used to manage the core system settings that define how Thinfinity Workspace operates.
This tool is essential for the initial setup and for making low-level changes related to the server, network, and security environment.
The Web Manager is a web-based tool that allows administrators to handle day-to-day management tasks directly from a browser. This includes managing connections, user permissions, and visual customization.
Because it’s accessible via browser, Web Manager is ideal for ongoing operational management, often performed by application administrators or helpdesk staff.
