User Analytics
The Analytics feature in Thinfinity® Workspace allows authorized users to access historical data related to logins, sessions, and connections established within a specified period. It also provides details about the browsers used to initiate these connections.
On the main screen, users can explore historical data through different categories, each offering insights into specific aspects of the system's activity. The available categories include:
Sessions: A record of all opened sessions, including details such as the username, source IP, start and end dates, number of connections, and performed actions.
Connections: A historical log of all connections made by users, allowing administrators to track connection activity.
Logins: A detailed history of both successful and failed login attempts, displaying information such as start date and time, username, source IP, and status messages related to each login attempt.
Browsers: A record of the browsers used to establish connections, including user agent details, browser versions, and the number of sessions associated with each.
File Transfers: A log of files transferred during remote sessions. It includes details such as the date and time of transfer, username, source IP, profile name, and actions performed on the files, such as delete, save, update, or permission modifications. Learn more about User Analytics
