Registering a License with License Server Manager

For deployment scenarios where the License Server is installed on a separate server, you need to request the installer from our support team, for more information please contact support@cybelesoft.com.
After installing the License Server Manager, to register the license against your License Server Manager:
Open the License Server Manager, click on the Communications tab and fill in the following parameters:
Bind to IP: enter the IP of the computer where Thinfinity Workspace is installed.
Port: leave the default option.
Server role: leave the default option. Depending on your deployment configuration, if you select Backup, an additional field will become available.
Primary server URL: use the associated Link button to provide the link to the Primary Server.
To connect to the License Server using APIs, use the options in the Licensing Service Access.
Next, select the Licenses tab, click Add and select the product for which you want to register the license. Next, you'll be able to select to register a trial license, or a purchased one via online or offline methods.
Enter the e-mail address and the serial key belonging to your Thinfinity® Workspace license. Then, enter the Licensing Server URL in the Primary field and click Next.
If the license information is correct, a confirmation message is displayed, and the associated details will be shown in the License Server Manager.
Keep in mind that you would have to modify the Network ID in the Gateway tab of the Configuration Manager and make sure that all the servers you wish to share the license with share the same Network ID value.
The Network ID doesn't necessarily have to follow the same format as the default value, it can be changed to any value as long as it matches in all the servers.
