Application Access Profiles
Application Access Profiles provide tailored access to specific applications within a remote environment. They define the type of application being delivered and the method of access, whether it's through a full remote desktop session or by streaming a single application directly to the user's device. An application access profile can offer access to:
A Remote App: a Windows application running on a remote computer.
A Web App and there are two types of web app access profiles: Web Link, which provides access to a public online application, and Intranet Web App (or WAG), which provides encrypted access to a remote intranet application in a private domain through a Reverse Gateway.
An application virtualized by means of the proprietary Thinfinity® VirtualUI platform. VirtualUI access profile offers the possibility to control the original application UI using proprietary technology and to manipulate UI elements in order to extend the application capabilities.
