In order to use the ACME certificates, first you need to register a domain, then you need to configure the ACME certificates options. Next, you can renew, revoke or export ACME certificates.
To register the domain for the ACME certificates:
Go to Thinfinity® Configuration Manager > General tab. Select the HTTPS binding/connection where you want to use the ACME certificates then click Edit.
In the Binding dialog window click New.
In Manage SSL Certificate dialog window click ACME.
In ACME Certificates dialog window click Register. Fill in the domain name for which you want to register the certificates and select the challenge type. Click Register.
To configure the ACME certificates options:
Go to Thinfinity® Configuration Manager > General tab. Select the HTTPS binding/connection where you want to use the ACME certificates then click Edit.
In the Binding dialog window click New.
In Manage SSL Certificate dialog window click ACME.
In ACME Certificates dialog window click Options.
Fill in the following options then click OK.
Renew days before expire
The default number of renew days before the certificate expires. Modify if applicable.
Interval retry (secs)
The default retry interval (in seconds) for the certificate renovation.
DNS Update App
The script or app to execute in order to update the DNS server with the TXT values received.
DNS Update Params
The parameters for the DNS Update app or script.
DNS Remove App
The script to execute in order to remove the TXT values received from the DNS.
DNS Remove Params
The parameters for the DNS Remove app or script.
DNS Apps timeout (secs)
The default timeout in sec, modify if applicable.
DNS Server address to check TXT update
IP address or DNS host to check for the TXT update (to confirm the propagation of the update).
