5.5 Access Management

After successful administrator authentication, the next step is to define the permissions and authorizations for each user or group.

Administrators can grant access to:

• Specific modules or functionalities of Thinfinity Workspace.

• A single Access Profile

• A group of Access Profiles defined using the Labels feature.

The application provides granular control across multiple layers of security for these configurations.

The main settings are managed from the Permissions tab in the Thinfinity Workspace Configuration Manager, where you can configure:

• User/Group permissions.

• Features and Add-ons permissions.

• Connection Settings.
