9.5.1 Viewing Recorded Sessions

Session recordings are available in the Recordings add-on from the Thinfinity® Workspace Web Manager home page if the feature has been enabled for a specific user. For details on how to enable this feature, see Session Recording.

To access the session recordings: click on the user profile icon to display the user menu, and from the Add-ons list select Recordings.

The Recordings main page displays a list of session recordings for all Access Profiles for which the session recording feature has been enabled. To play a recording, click the associated play button to the right of a recording.
