9.5 Session Recording
As part of the PAM (Privileged Access Management) system, the Session Recording feature allows administrators to record all the actions a user performs while connected to an access profile.
Sessions are recorded in a lightweight format and stored for each user. Also, they will be available from any HTML5 enabled browser in the Recordings page of the Web Manager (Thinfinity® Workspace home page) only for the user with the appropriate permissions.
To allow a specific user to access recorded sessions
Go to the Permissions Tab
In Configuration Manager, select the Permissions tab.
Check the 'Can Play Saved Sessions' Option
Check the Can play saved sessions option from the Users and groups list.
Once this feature is enabled, the user will be able to access the Recordings add-on in the Thinfinity® Workspace Web Manager home page.
