Access Profiles

The Access Profiles section in the Configuration tab, provides comprehensive tools for managing access profiles enabling users to create new profiles, execute bulk operations on defined profiles, and modify user assignments.

The following image shows the options available in the Access Profiles section.

A list of all access profiles and labels defined is the system is presented. For each access profile the following data is displayed: the name, the type of connection (RDC, VNC, Terminal, etc.), the Virtual path, the users and groups associated to it. Placing the mouse cursor over the number of users shown for an access profile will display the names of the users and groups.

The toolbar in the upper part of the screen offers the following options.

Filter Kind

By default, all access profiles are displayed regardless of their category (Remote Desktop, Remote App, Terminal, etc.)

All Profiles

Display options, by default all access profiles are displayed. Click to show additional display options.

Import/Export

Allow importing/exporting all the access profiles in the current installation.

Add

Click to access the access profile creation wizard.

(three dot button)

Allows executing bulk operations on the selected profiles. Click to display the available actions: Remove, Disable, Hide, Manage labels.

The Settings button in the upper right corner of the Access Profiles screen offers access to the Private Profiles configuration menu.

Private profiles have two special behaviors: they allow access to all computers and let users choose freely their settings at the moment of connection.

Use the option in the General tab to enable Private Profiles in your installation.
